How do I make a warranty claim?

To file a warranty claim:

1. Gather documentation: Proof of purchase, product SKU, photos of defect
2. Submit RMA request: Use our RMA form
3. Receive RMA number: We'll review and respond within 2 business days
4. Ship the product: Prepaid label provided for approved claims
5. Get replacement: Ships within 5-7 days of inspection
