How do I start an RMA?

Starting an RMA is simple:

1. Go to our RMA page
2. Fill out the form with your order number and reason
3. Upload photos if applicable (for defects/damage)
4. Submit the request
5. Receive RMA number within 2 business days
6. Ship the product with the RMA number visible

For warranty claims, we provide prepaid return shipping labels.
