The A-SP20PL (100-277V) and A-SP20PH (277-480V) Surge Protection Device (SPD) is engineered exclusively for outdoor and commercial LED lighting fixtures, delivering reliable transient overvoltage and lightning surge protection.

Constructed with thermally protected varistors and gas discharge tube components, this SPD features a built-in thermal disconnect function that prevents catastrophic failure and fire hazards—even in extreme conditions like varistor end-of-life or sustained overvoltage. Compatible with Class I and II luminaires, it offers versatile L-N, L-G, N-G protection modes and optional parallel/series connection with integrated leads for easy installation.

Boasting excellent surge impact resistance, low residual voltage, and a miniature design for embedded mounting, this IP65 waterproof and dust-proof SPD connects directly to LED power drivers to significantly prolong the service life and operational stability of LED luminaires. Installation is straightforward: mount near the AC side of an LED power driver, connect black (L), white (N), green (G) wires, and secure with a single M4 screw.
